In this tutorial, we will go through the steps to creating an employee retention survey from scratch.

To start, click “New Formaloo” and then, you have options to create your survey and forms.

Choose 'Form' or 'Survey', whether you want to create a form or a survey. FormLoo offers various options for creating different types of forms.

Customize your form and make it your own by adding your company logo. A captivating cover image can also make the survey more attractive to respondents.

Choose a concise, descriptive title for your survey that clarifies its purpose to your audience.

In the description area, provide detailed information about the survey. Use engaging language to encourage immediate participation.

Design your survey

Head over to the 'Settings' and open the 'Design' tab in Formaloo. Here, you can select your form style - either 'Classic Form' which displays all questions at once, or 'One Question at a Time' for a step-by-step approach.
