You can easily duplicate a formaloo by right-clicking it and selecting Duplicate.
Duplicating a formaloo doesn't copy its data. It copies the whole database structure with its most crucial settings.
Here are some of the settings that get copied when you duplicate a formaloo:

Single-step/multi-step
Colors and initial design settings
Notification settings, including the email templates
