Follow these simple steps to create your advanced Formaloo form in your Coda doc for efficient data collection and collaboration.

1- Create your advanced form

Open your dashboard and create a new formaloo or start with these free and ready-to-customize form templates.

Customize your form to match your brand and workflow requirements. For example, you can create advanced logic conditions and calculations with the Formaloo forms.

Accept partial submissions and show multiple success messages based on the user’s answers using advanced form logic.

Also, you can add a payment to your forms quickly to start collecting money today! Furthermore, Formaloo lets you send custom notification emails as your audience submits your form.

In this example, we embed the OKR tracking template.

2- Add your advanced form to a Coda doc

When you’re done with creating and customizing the form, save your changes and copy the public URL to your form. You can also find your form’s public URL by right-clicking it in your dashboard and choosing the “View” option.

The next step is to open your Coda dashboard, click the “Insert button” at the bottom of your page, and choose the Embed option. Then, paste your form’s public URL there. Press enter, and you will see your advanced form in the Coda doc. Click on the form to see the pages.

You also can embed your iframe embed code and view your form on your page directly.

3- Sync your form data with Coda

You can also sync your form’s data with your Coda docs to ensure you can leverage both worlds. Create a new Make scenario to create a record in your Coda tables for every new response on your form.

Learn more about how to use Make to automate your Coda and Formaloo workflow in a few clicks.

And that’s it! You’ve successfully created an advanced form in your Coda doc. Share your work with ease and take your collaboration to the next level.
