In the Form Editor, go to Share → Publish to access your form’s link.
Edit the URL to customize the end part (slug),
Copy the URL and send it to your signatories.
If you prefer to embed the form directly on your website, go to Share → Embed tab to copy the embed code – available as iframe, script, or chatbot format:
