With Formaloo, you can customize your email templates to match your brand, this includes adding your logo, using your brand colors, and including custom messages.

Follow these steps to add a logo and apply your custom template to any form.

Step 1 – Access custom email templates and create a new email template

You can create a new email template directly from your Formaloo dashboard or within the form editor.

  1. Create from the dashboard: Open your dashboard and click your profile icon. Go to the app store and choose Custom email from the apps.

From here, you can click on "+ Add new template" and it will open a window from where you can customize your email template.

2. Create from the form editor: From the dashboard, open the desired form in the Editor.

  • Go to the Notify Tab.

  • Enable Send email to respondents and Receive email notifications.

  • Click on Add New Template from the menu on the right.

Step 2 – Add your logo to the email template

  1. Inside the template editor, click on + Insert > Image

  2. Upload your logo or paste its image URL

  3. Adjust the placement by dragging the image or aligning it using the toolbar

You can add your logo to the top, center, or wherever it best fits your email layout.

Step 3 – Assign the email template to your form

After saving your custom email template:

  1. Go to the Notify tab of your form

  2. Choose the relevant section:

    • Autoresponder Email → for users who fill out the form

    • Notification Email → for you or your team

  3. Select your custom template from the Email Template dropdown

This ensures your logo and message appear in all emails sent through that form.
