How to sell the forms/apps you create

How to sell with Formaloo? steps to create, publish and sell your forms and apps.

Updated over a week ago

1- Create your form/app

Open your dashboard, create your form, and customize it.

2- Publish and share

When you create your form/app, you can publish it and share it with the users and your customers.

Make your form/app a template

You can create your forms and send the form's URL and we will make a template for you and publish it as a template, so when the users pick the template, it makes a copy for them and they can use and edit it like the templates in our template gallery. This way anyone who has the link will be able to use the template.

We can make it private for you and you send the link of this template to your customers.

Transfer the form/app

If you are selling to a business with multiple team members, we suggest creating a new workspace and creating forms/apps on that workspace. You can also transfer forms/apps between workspaces.

If you want to sell the form and transfer it to your customer, for transferring the form, you can submit this form so we can authorize the owner of the form: https://formaloo.net/transfer

Our team will then move it for you.

If the client can't afford the price of a complete workspace, you can use your own workspace, create a folder for that client, and put all of his forms in that folder. Then share the access to the folder and its forms with that client. In this case, the client should be in your workspace team and have access to their specified folder. When you add someone to your workspace, they won't see any form/app unless you share them with that person.

This can be your client's dashboard to manage all of their collected data in their website chatbot, newsletter form, contact form, etc.

3- Sell your form/app template

You can create an order form with the paywall and send it to your customers to order and buy your forms/apps.
