There are different ways to view form responses. You can create tables, Kanban, galleries, or charts to see the results and responses of your forms.
How to export table responses into PDF files
To export individual responses, allow edit mode from the top right of the window to customize the dashboard and expand the results.
To download responses as PDF, expand the desired answer, then click on Download PDF.
How to download charts to PDF files
If you need to save or print the results and responses from the chart view, open the page you want to save or print and follow these steps:
Press Command + P on your keyboard. This will open the print dialog.
In the print dialog, click on the PDF button located at the bottom-left corner.
Select Save as PDF from the dropdown menu.
Choose the location where you want to save the file, give it a name, and click Save.

For Windows users:
Press Control + P on your keyboard. This will open the print dialog.
In the print dialog, choose the printer as Microsoft Print to PDF.
Click on the Print button.
Choose the location where you want to save the file, give it a name, and click Save.
For Android users:
Tap on the menu button (usually three dots) in the top-right corner.
Select Print.
Choose Save as PDF from the list of printers.
Tap on the PDF button.
Choose the location where you want to save the file, give it a name, and tap Save.
🗄️ Old dashboard:
To print or save as PDF the individual responses in the old dashboard, click on your form, go under form options, click on the response, and then click on the eye button.
You’ll see the print button there.
