How to download form responses into Excel

With these flexible export options, you can download responses in formats that match your needs.

Exporting your form responses to Excel allows you to analyze data easily. Formaloo offers flexible options to export data, including customized Kanban views with filters and fields you’ve set.

Follow these steps to export your data:

  1. Click on the Settings tab located in the right-side menu.

  2. Scroll down and select Import & Export

  3. Click on Export this Table to download the data as an Excel file.

If you've organized your responses in a Kanban view with specific filters and fields, you can also export this customized view.

The exported file will reflect the selected filters and fields in your Kanban setup, making it easier to focus on the data you need.

Downloading the latest data

If you've already exported data recently and want the latest changes, click Download Latest Export to get an updated file.

Note: The “Download Latest Export” option ensures you’re always working with the most current data without reconfiguring the export settings.

To download your form responses to an Excel file follow these steps:

Right-click on your form, and select “View responses”. From the responses tab, scroll down and you can see this button:

There is another option for exporting your form results:

Click on the formaloo, on the left menu, and click on "Form Options" > Responses. There you get to the same page where you can download your responses.

If you have many rows in your responses, it will take some time to generate the file.
After a few minutes, refresh the page and click on the "Download" link that pops up.
