1. How to access your billing information
Open your Formaloo workspace and click on your Profile in the top-right corner, then go to Billing to request the link to your billing dashboard.
2. Who can access the Billing dashboard in Formaloo
Only the workspace owner can access the billing dashboard. Make sure you log in with the owner’s email or ask the owner to log in from their end.
3. How to get your Billing dashboard link
To request the link to your billing dashboard, make sure you enter the correct workspace owner’s email in the Billing tab.
4. What if you don't get the email with the link?
You can access the billing dashboard if your subscription was purchased directly from Formaloo. If your subscription was purchased via AppSumo or another provider/app aggregator, you'll need to check your billing/payment details with them.
5. How to add additional emails for receiving receipt copies
To receive copies of your subscription receipts at another email, log in to the billing dashboard following the steps above and add the additional email there.
