When you add an image to your form (via a Content field, in any other field's description, or on the Ending page), it's easy to adjust how it's aligned — left, center, or right — directly from the editor.
Open your form in the editor and click the image you'd like to align,
A toolbar will appear above it,
Select your preferred alignment option from the toolbar:
