You can add and personalize texts throughout your form for better communication and a more professional look.
Customize the form description
At the top of your form editor, you’ll see a 'Description' text area.
Use this space to add a short intro about your form, instructions for users, or general information.
You can format this text using font styles, sizes, colors, and links.
📌 This text appears at the top of your form unless you disable the title and description from the Design tab.
Customize each field’s description
Each field in your form has a description area where you can provide additional context or instructions.
For example, under a file upload or email field, you can describe the file format or expected input.
These are optional but helpful to guide your users!
Add custom content blocks
Use the Content field to insert rich text anywhere in your form. This block supports:
Headings, paragraphs, bullet lists
Inline and full-width images
Tables
Horizontal rules and page breaks
Collapsible containers
Multi-column layouts
To add one:
Click “+ Add new field”
Select Content
Use the rich text toolbar to format and structure your content
This is perfect for adding explanations, formatted guides, section breaks, or any helpful content throughout your form.
Customize the success message
After submission, users will see a Success message on the ending page.
To customize it:
Scroll to the bottom of your form editor
Edit the default text and apply your desired formatting (bold, links, colors, etc.)
You can use this to say thank you, confirm the next steps, or give important follow-up instructions.
Customize the Submit button text
At the bottom of your form, you’ll find the Submit button text field. This lets you rename the final submission button to match your form’s tone.
For example, "Send", "Get Started", or "Finish Quiz".
Customize the Continue button (Multi-step or paged forms)
In multi-step forms or classic forms with multiple pages, you'll also see a Continue button.
You can change the label of this button to anything that better suits your form’s flow, such as "Next", "Proceed", or "Let's Go".
