Customize error messages, system labels, and validation texts to fit your audience's language.

Updated over a week ago

Formaloo allows you to localize your form experience by translating and customizing system-generated messages like error texts, validation notices, and button labels.

This ensures a smoother and more professional experience for your audience, no matter what language they speak.

Step-by-step: Customize form content texts

customize content
  1. Open your form in Edit Mode.

  2. Click the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top right.

  3. Scroll down and expand the “Customize more content” section.

  4. Here, you’ll find a list of default error messages and field-related system texts.

  5. Replace the text in each box with your own custom translation or message.

For example massages like:

  • “Form already submitted” error

  • “Value is not in acceptable answers” error

  • “Captcha failed” or “Submission limit reached”

  • “Form is closed”, “Row draft expired”, and more

These messages will appear in real-time when users interact with your form.
