Sign up and open your Formaloo 3.0 dashboard where you can use ready-to-use templates.

Once you have selected a template there are many fields you can add such as multiple choice, a dropdown menu, long text, score from 0-10, like/dislike options and more to help you create the perfect formaloo suitable to your needs!

You can also make your survey from scratch by clicking “New Formaloo”.

There, you have options to create your survey and forms.

Choose 'Form' or 'Survey', whether you want to create a form or a survey. FormLoo offers various options for creating different types of forms.

If you choose to create a survey, FormLoo will automatically generate a default survey with a results page and charts. You can customize this survey later.

Once the form or survey is created, you can click on 'Edit base' to open the default template.

Here, you can edit the questions, add new ones, or customize the design according to your preferences.

You have multiple options to customize your survey to the next level!

For questions such as “How well does a leader communicate goals, expectations and feedback?” you can use the multi-choice field. Respondents are presented with a variety of options, enabling them to choose multiple preferred benefits.

Use “score” fields for questions like “How well does the leader build and develop the skills of team members?” Scoring fields allow respondents to easily rate their satisfaction and provide a clear and numerical measure for their opinion.

The long text field is designed for questions that invite detailed responses such as “How supportive is the leader in well-being and work-life balance of team members?” This allows an insight into various perspectives and specific improvements to be made.

In the Notification Tab, you can set up notifications so you are informed whenever a customer submits a response.

Additionally, you can send a notification email to the submitter containing the information they submitted on your survey.

When you are ready to publish your survey, click on 'View'.

You will then get your personalized URL link you can share with customers.

Additionally, there are many different options to embed your survey within your company. You can embed your survey within your website as an iframe, a widget, a script, or a Chatbot.
