Updated over a week ago

To connect your Google Sheet to your form, right-click on your form and select “view responses.

Go to the “Integration & Webhook” tab, and select “Connect to Google Sheets”.

Login to your Google account and open the form responses again.

Now, enter the sheet name and URL of the same sheet.

Your form is connected to your Google Sheet and it syncs the responses automatically from your form.

To connect your form to Google Sheets, make sure:

  • You're the owner of the formaloo, which means you must have created the formaloo with your current account. Only the user who has created a formaloo can connect it to third-party tools.

  • The Google account you connected to your Formaloo workspace has sufficient access to the Google Sheets you're trying to connect here.

  • You provided all requested access levels when connecting your Google Sheets.

If you haven't provided necessary access while connecting your Google account, follow these steps:

  1. Open your profile settings and disconnect your Google account.

  2. Right-click one of your formaloos and select View Responses. Then go to the Integrations & Webhooks tab. On this page, click the Sign in with Google button.

  3. Sign in to your Google account and make sure to mark all checkboxes to provide Formaloo access to edit your Google Sheets and sync your data.

  4. Right-click the formaloo you want to sync with Google Sheets and select View Responses. Then go to the Integrations & Webhooks tab.

  5. Connect your Sheet with your formaloo by providing the Sheet name and URL. Make sure the title of the Sheet and its link match the Sheet you want to be synced with your formaloo data.

Remember when you are adding your Google Sheet, the sheet title is at the bottom of the page, and you should use the related sheet URL.

For example, if you want to change sheet 2 to sheet 1, the title and URL of the sheet will be different and should be changed.
