If your data is out of sync or you've made updates to your form, you can easily resync Google Sheets through Formaloo’s integration.
Here’s how:
Step 1: Access the App Store
Log in to your Formaloo account.
Click on the profile icon located at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
From the dropdown menu, select App Store.
Step 2: Open the Google Sheets integration
In the App Store, find and click on Google Sheets.
A popup will appear with three tabs:
Description: Learn more about the integration.
Add New Integration: Set up a new connection with Google Sheets.
Active Integrations: Manage your existing connections.
Step 4: Resync, Edit, or Delete
To manage active integrations, click on the Active Integrations tab.
Here, you'll see all your current Google Sheets integrations and you can manage them:
Resync: Click this option to manually synchronize the data between your form and the Google Sheet. This ensures any recent changes or submissions are reflected in the sheet.
Edit: Update the integration settings, such as changing the linked form or Google Sheet.
Delete: Remove the integration if you no longer need it.
By following these steps, you can keep your form and Google Sheets connection up to date, ensuring your data is always in sync.
