Your Formaloo account can be connected to more than one workspace — for example, if you've created multiple workspaces yourself, or if other teams have invited you to join theirs. Each workspace is independent and has its own folders, projects, and settings.
To switch between them, use the workspace switcher in the bottom left corner of your dashboard. It also shows you which workspace you're currently in, so if you're looking for a specific folder or project and can't find it, it's worth checking that you're in the right one:
ℹ️ Any workspace-related settings that appear under your profile icon in the top right — like Workspace settings, or Workspace members — refer to whichever workspace you're currently in.
Double-check the switcher before making any changes to make sure you're in the intended workspace.
