Sometimes you may want to share your form or app submissions with others publicly. For example, to showcase results, share entries with stakeholders, or allow public access to submitted data. Formaloo makes this easy by letting you publish your app and share it via a public link.
How to Make Submissions Publicly Accessible
Follow these steps to publish your submissions and get a public link:
Open your project in Formaloo.
From the top right corner, click Share.
In the sidebar that opens, switch to the Publish tab.
Publish your app publicly.
Copy the generated public link.
Once published, anyone with the link can view the submissions based on the visibility settings you’ve configured.
When to Use Public Submissions
Publishing submissions publicly is useful when you want to:
Showcase collected data or results
Share submissions with clients or teammates without dashboard access
Display entries on a public-facing page
You can unpublish the app at any time if you want to restrict access again.
