You can use the score 0-10 field, and add the min and max score message from the edit tab:
In this example, we changed it to "Very dissatisfied" and "Very satisfied".
🗄️ Old dashboard:
Set min and max score descriptions in edit tab for 0-10 score field, like 'Very dissatisfied' and 'Very satisfied'.
