When you create a form with the upload file field, you can customize the field description text shown on the form view.
Click on the file field, and from the edit tab, click on customize more content. You can edit and change the text in the "File size limit".
🗄️ Old dashboard:
Go to the "Design" tab, from the left menu, open "Customize more content", then click on "Fields related".
