This error message means that there's an authorization issue in the connection with Google.
It could happen for 3 reasons:
You are not the owner of the formaloo
You don't have enough access to the Google Sheets you're trying to connect
Formaloo doesn't have enough access to the Google Sheets you're trying to connect
To solve this, make sure:
You're the owner of the formaloo, which means you must have created the formaloo with your current account. Only the user who has created a formaloo can connect it to third-party tools.
The Google account you connected to your Formaloo workspace has sufficient access to the Google Sheets you're trying to connect here.
You provided all requested access levels when connecting your Google Sheets.
If you haven't provided necessary access while connecting your Google account, remove the Google connection and reconnect.
Open your Google Sheets integrations and uninstall your Google account.
Sign in to your Google account and open your Third-party apps and services. Find Formaloo and disconnect all connections to Formaloo.
Reinstall Google Sheets and make sure to mark all checkboxes to provide Formaloo access to edit your Google Sheets and sync your data.
When connecting the Sheet, make sure the title of the Sheet and its link match the Sheet you want to be synced with your formaloo data.
