You can easily add videos to any page inside your Formaloo project or portal. This is great for tutorials, onboarding, course content, walkthroughs, or any visual explanation you want your users to see.
Follow the steps below to embed a YouTube or Vimeo video directly into your page.
📹 Step 1 — Upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo
Formaloo supports video embeds from:
YouTube
Vimeo
Upload your video to one of these platforms and copy the video link (URL).
🔧 Step 2 — Open your project page editor
Go to your Workspace.
Open your Project or Portal.
Select the page where you want the video to appear.
Click Edit to enable the project's edit mode.
➕ Step 3 — Insert a video block
Inside the page editor:
Type /video
Select “Video” from the block options that appear.
This will create a video embed block.
🔗 Step 4 — Paste your video link
A field will appear asking for the video URL.
Paste the YouTube or Vimeo link.
Click Embed.
Your video will instantly appear inside the page.
✔️ That’s it!
Your video is now embedded on your project page. Users will be able to watch it directly without leaving your portal.
