Customizing your forms by reordering fields is easy.
Follow these steps to organize the fields according to your preference.
Open the form editor
Log in to your Formaloo account, then click the form you want to edit.
Enable Edit mode and then, click the Edit Form button to access the editor.
Rearrange fields
To change the order of the fields, you have two options:
Use the Up/Down icons: Hover over the field, then click the up or down arrows to move the field.
Drag and drop: Click and hold on a field, then drag it to your desired position within the form.
Shuffle fields and choices
If you'd like to randomize the order of the fields or the choices within fields each time the form loads, follow these steps:
In the form editor, go to the form settings.
Click on the Design tab.
Scroll down to the right-side menu where you'll find two options:
Shuffle fields order: Randomize the order of the fields on the form every time it loads.
Shuffle the order of choices on fields: Randomize the order of choices within specific fields (e.g., multiple choice, checkboxes).
Enable one or both options according to your needs, and then save your changes.
