Add a date field and from the editor on the left menu, there are two available date formats:
DD-MM-YYYY
MM-DD-YYYY

Fixed: If you select the fixed date, you can also set the date range between 2 dates:
From: The date that the user can start selecting from
To: The end date of the selection
Dynamic: You can select a dynamic date to set the date from/to the submit date:
From (relative to submit date): e.g. set a date starting from one week after the day that the user is filling up the form.
