If a form has been disconnected from your project, you can reconnect it at any time. Disconnecting a form does not delete it or its data. It only removes the connection from the project dashboard.
What happens when a form is disconnected
When you disconnect a form:
The form itself remains available in your workspace.
All submitted data stays intact.
Only the link between the form and the project is removed.
This means you can safely reconnect the form whenever you need it again.
How to reconnect a form to a project
To reconnect a form, simply add it back to the project as a data block.
Open the project you want to reconnect the form to.
Switch to editing mode.
On the project page, click the + icon or type /.
Choose the data block type you want to use, such as Form, Table, Kanban, or Gallery.
Select the form you want to reconnect.
Once added, the form is automatically linked to the project again and starts working immediately.
When to use this approach
You can use this method whenever a form is removed by mistake, temporarily hidden, or intentionally disconnected and later needed again.
