1️⃣ Customize and brand your form

To start customizing your form, jump into your project and click the Edit Form button to open the Form Editor:

Step 1: Add fields, pages, and media to your form

  • Build a form tailored to your needs, based on the information you'd like to gather – by adding questions, various input fields, or even user upload fields,

  • Ask for ratings, showcase your products, or request signatures right in the form,

  • Enrich your form with branded content, embedded videos, and more:

Learn more about various fields and features available in the Form Editor to maximize the functionality of your forms and collect all the necessary data.

  • Create a clean, logical flow by reordering the fields or deleting any unnecessary ones that came with a template:

  • Create separate sets of questions or content sections by adding new pages. Delete any unnecessary ones if needed:

❗ Remember to always hit to save changes and see them live.

Step 2: Customize the look and feel of your form

In this short tutorial, you'll learn how to fully customize the design of your online forms in just a few clicks – from layout and colors to advanced settings and more.

In the Form Editor, click on the paint bucket icon in the top menu to open the Design tab in the right sidebar.

  • Choose whether your questions appear on a single page or across multiple pages,

  • Customize the layout of your form – where the cover image and questions will be placed:

  • Pick colors for questions, answers, background, and even buttons,

  • Check the Gallery full of templates for inspiration or a quick visual upgrade,

  • Pick a font that works best with your design:

  • Upload a background image, and adjust the brightness to make sure your fields stay clear and readable,

  • Change the shape of the buttons in your form by adjusting their corner radius:

  • Customize Advanced settings to hide form title, shuffle fields or choices, add Custom CSS, and more:

Step 3: Make your form look professional with branding

In this short video, you’ll learn how to make your form professional and on-brand by adding your logo, customizing the design, and even using your own domain.

Make your form fully on-brand and white-label:

  • While designing your form, make it truly yours by uploading your logo and a cover picture:

  • When you're ready to share your form, personalize the link by editing the slug of your form,

  • Use unlimited subdomains (can be edited in your Workspace Settings), or

  • Give your form a professional, fully-branded look by connecting your own custom domain:

2️⃣ Add your form to be used directly in your app or portal

If you want your form to be used and submitted right inside your app or portal by its users, you can embed it into a page right in your project.

  1. Go to the page of your project with the Form, and make sure you've enabled Edit Mode,

  2. Then, on hover, you'll see the Style option above the form on the right - click on it, and select the Embed option,

  3. Since the form will be embedded, it might make sense to delete the Responses table from that same page (if there was one below the form):

In this case, you can tweak the form's design to align with your app/portal's design and branding to ensure a fully immersive user experience.

3️⃣ Customize and brand your app or portal

In this short tutorial, you'll learn how to personalize every detail – from logos and fonts to brand visuals and even domain name – to build a white label app or portal that reflects your brand.

To start customizing your app or portal, jump into your project and make sure to enable the Edit Mode at the top-right of your screen:

Step 1: Customize your app's name, icon, and structure

  • Update your app's name, upload an icon or logo, and easily delete any unnecessary pages (e.g. if you've started with a ready-made template):

  • Enhance user experience by customizing the structure of your app to align with its purpose:

    • Add new pages, rename them by double-clicking, and rearrange their order by dragging & dropping,

    • Create convenient menus with features by grouping pages:

Step 2: Customize your app's features and content

  • Customize the pages of your app with content and media:

    • Add or remove any text from any page, add headings, lists, and more,

    • Add images, videos, or embeds (click "+", or type "/" to open the command menu):

  • Let your app users submit the forms inside the app by embedding them right into your app's pages,

  • Arrange respondents' information conveniently by adding tables, kanban boards, charts, or galleries (click "+", or type "/" to open the command menu):

Step 3: Customize your tables, kanban boards, charts, and galleries

Organize your data in a convenient, insightful, and user-friendly way, catering to both administrators and app users. Customize any of the components of your app to align with your needs:

  • Use tables to review, sort, and filter respondents' data,

  • Use kanban boards for workflow management, or grouping the submissions by a particular parameter,

  • Use charts for neat and insightful data visualization,

  • Use galleries for visual displays like product, project cards, or user-generated uploads or reviews.

When in Edit Mode, you'll find the Options menu as you hover over the top right corner of any table, board, chart, or gallery:

➕ How to customize Tables

  • Only see the data you need: show or hide the fields, and sort the data by them in your tables:

  • Filter the data, or even add multiple instances of the same table with different filtering (e.g. to separate the respondents into groups):

➕ How to customize Kanban Boards

  • Group the submitted data by a particular parameter in a kanban board (e.g. job applications by interview stages, support tickets or approval requests by status),

  • Show or hide displayed fields, or filter by responses:

➕ How to customize Charts

  • Visualize your data in an actionable and easy-to-digest way by customizing your charts – only show the insights you need, and pick the colors that align with your app design:

➕ How to customize Galleries

  • Build a beautiful gallery to showcase your products, show off user reviews, and more. Control the way the items are displayed in a gallery, from title and cover to featured fields:

Step 4: Brand your app's pages and URL for a professional look

  • Improve the structure and readability of your app pages further by adding headings, lists, italics, bolds, or color highlights,

  • Brand your pages by going to Page Options and adding a cover image, or tweaking the page font or width:

  • When you're ready to share your app with the audience, go to the Share menu. In the Publish tab, publish your app, and copy the shareable link.

  • Personalize the URL by using unlimited custom subdomains (can be edited in your Workspace Settings), or

  • Make your app's URL fully professional and white label by connecting your own custom domain:

🔐 Turn your app into a client portal

Imagine a space where your clients can log in to check their project status, fill out support requests, or update their own records – no back‑and‑forth emails required.

  • Flip on portal mode and instantly give users personalized dashboards: whether it’s a course portal where students access lessons, an HR hub where employees submit time‑off, or a client dashboard showing live campaign metrics.

  • Portals keep everything tidy and secure: assign user roles to lock down pages, let people review and edit their own form entries, and streamline every interaction into one seamless experience.
