With Formaloo's new direct integration with HubSpot, you can now connect your forms and data directly to HubSpot without needing third-party automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or Integrately.

This simplifies your workflow and allows you to manage customer interactions more efficiently.

HubSpot is a leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform that helps businesses attract visitors, convert leads, and close deals. It provides tools for marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.

To Access and connect HubSpot integration in Formaloo, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check if HubSpot is installed in your workspace

HubSpot integration is not installed by default, so you need to check if it's available in your workspace and install it if necessary.

To check and install:

  • Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of Formaloo.

  • Select "App Store" from the dropdown menu.

  • Search for "HubSpot" in the App Store.

  • If it's not already installed, click "Install" to add it to your workspace.

Step 2: Add a new integration

Once installed, open the HubSpot integration page to open its details;

You will see three tabs:

  • Description: A brief overview of HubSpot and the integration.

  • Add new integration: Where you can set up a new connection.

  • Active integrations: A list of your current HubSpot connections.

Click on the "Add New Integration" tab.

Select "Connect to HubSpot" to start the authorization process.

Step 3: Authorize HubSpot integration

  1. Click "Connect to HubSpot" to start the authorization process.

  2. Log in to your HubSpot account when prompted.

  3. Grant Formaloo the necessary permissions to access your HubSpot data.

Step 4: Configure and activate the integration

Once authorization is complete, configure the following:

  • Select the Formaloo form that should send data to HubSpot.

  • Choose the HubSpot object type (Contacts, Deals, or Companies) where data will be saved.

  • Map the fields from Formaloo to HubSpot to ensure the right data is transferred.

  • Click "Save" to enable the integration.

  • You’ll now see this connection listed under the Active Integrations tab.

  • You can return to this tab anytime to edit or disable your connection.

A common use case for this integration is automating lead management. If you have a lead generation form in Formaloo (e.g., a contact form, newsletter signup, or customer inquiry form), you can automatically send submitted data to your HubSpot CRM.
