To embed your form in a pop-up view, you should create the pop-up on your website and then embed the form inside its body.

To create a pop-up on your website, paste the following on an HTML block on your website and paste the following in it.

Make sure to replace your form's embedding script code in the specified area in the following code:

<!-- Trigger/Open The Modal -->
<button id="myBtn">Open Form</button>

<!-- The Modal -->
<div id="myModal" class="modal">

<!-- Modal content -->
<!-- [Form's script code comes HERE] -->
</div>
</div>
<style>
body {font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;}

#myBtn {background: #fa821c; color: #fff; padding: 10px; font-size: 1.5rem;}

/* The Modal (background) */
.modal {
display: none; /* Hidden by default */
position: fixed; /* Stay in place */
z-index: 11; /* Sit on top */
padding-top: 100px; /* Location of the box */
left: 0;
top: 0;
width: 100%; /* Full width */
height: 100%; /* Full height */
overflow: auto; /* Enable scroll if needed */
background-color: rgb(0,0,0); /* Fallback color */
background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.4); /* Black w/ opacity */

/* Modal Content */
