Workspace settings is where you can view your plan, change your subdomain, and add your logo.You can also delete your workspace here.

The Workspace Settings page in Formaloo is where you manage essential configurations for your workspace, including plan details, subdomain and custom domain settings, branding, and workspace deletion.

1. Workspace Title and Logo

  • Workspace Title: Enter your workspace name in the Workspace Title field to personalize your workspace.

  • Add a Logo or Profile Picture: To further customize your workspace, you can upload a logo or profile picture.

    • Click on the Edit icon (pencil icon) at the top of the page, as shown in the screenshot.

    • Upload your desired logo or image to give your workspace a professional, branded appearance.

2. Forms Subdomain

The Forms Subdomain is the unique URL prefix applied to all public form URLs created within your workspace.

  • Setting Your Forms Subdomain: In the Forms Subdomain field, enter your preferred subdomain. Your subdomain will follow this format: https://[subdomain].dash.formaloo.com.

  • Example: If you set your subdomain as acme, your form URLs will look like https://acme.dash.formaloo.com/form-name.

3. Forms Custom Domain

You can set up a Custom Domain for forms to give them a personalized URL that matches your branding.

  • Setting a Custom Domain: In Forms Custom Domain, enter your custom domain. This domain will apply to all forms created in your workspace.

  • Example: If you set the custom domain to forms.yourdomain.com, your form can be accessed at both acme.dash.formaloo.com/form-name and forms.yourdomain.com/form-name.

    • To further customize a form's URL, go to the form editor, click on Share, and edit the Share the URL field.

4. Apps Custom Domain

Similar to forms, you can set a Custom Domain for your apps, allowing you to provide a branded URL for each app.

  • Setting a Custom Domain for Apps: In the Apps Custom Domain field, enter the domain you wish to use for your apps.

  • Example: If you set app.yourdomain.com as the custom domain, your app can be accessed at both app.formaloo.co/app-name and app.yourdomain.com/app-name.

5. Subscription Details

In this section, you can view the current plan for your workspace, along with the billing period. To upgrade or change your plan, click Change Plan to see available options.

6. Delete your workspace

The Delete Workspace option is available at the bottom of the settings page.

⚠️ Important notice: Deleting your workspace is a permanent action. Once deleted:

  • All forms, apps, and folders associated with this workspace will be permanently removed.

  • You will lose access to all data, and it cannot be recovered.

If you are certain about deleting your workspace, click Delete Workspace and confirm your choice.
