Sometimes you only need a certain number of responses before a form should stop accepting new submissions. Whether you're managing event registrations, workshop signups, beta access requests, appointment bookings, applications, or limited-capacity orders, manually monitoring submissions can be time-consuming and easy to miss.
With the Max responses limit, you can define exactly how many submissions a form should take in. Once the limit is reached, Formaloo automatically closes the form and prevents any additional responses from being submitted, keeping the number of submissions within your desired capacity.
How it works
The Max responses limit allows you to set a maximum number of submissions for a form,
After the specified number of responses has been received, the form is automatically marked as closed for new submissions,
The public version of the form will stop accepting responses, helping you avoid overbooking, overselling, or collecting more applications than intended.
ℹ️ The form is typically closed within about a minute after the limit is reached.
How to set up a Max responses limit
Open your form in the Form Editor,
Go to form's Settings.
Find the Max responses setting,
Enter the maximum number of submissions you would like to take in,
Publich your changes.
Once the limit is reached, Formaloo will automatically stop accepting new responses on the public form.
